As of now, I am taking vitamins. My husband takes these sets of vitamins before but when he heard about how the men and women differ in nutritional needs, he doesn’t take anymore. Now, he wants to take men's vitamin as suggested by what he read.
So far, I am OK with that if he buys it for himself but if he doesn’t and wait for me to but if for him. Now, that is a different story! :p

Every mother wants their children to grow healthy and strong, as well as, bright and active. This is one of the reasons why doctors, especially pediatricians, a doctor that specializes on children’s diseases and the like, always advise the mothers to give their children, regardless of age, one a day vitamins to make sure that the children will be from sickness and other conditions that can affect the child’s daily activities.
Without taking a supplemental vitamin, the child can get easily sick, catch cold fast, and they can be prone to acquire certain communicable diseases that can hamper them to stay alert all day, or even be absent from school, which in turn, can make the child miss important lessons and will be eventually be behind from her or his classmates. If this happens, the child can be discouraged and might loss his or her interest in school because he will think that he/she is too slow to catch up with his classmates. Other untoward incidents may also occur if the child is not taken care of properly. So, if you’re not yet doing it, start giving your child his/her daily dose of vitamins.
