A Teddy Not Intended for Kids

Posted on 15th August 2011 by admin in general knowledge

It’s funny how a simple and innocent word could literally have two meanings which are on opposite sides of the pole. One example is the word teddy; mention that to a young kid and visions of a cuddly teddy bear enters his thoughts. But try to mention it to a man and his mind wanders off to a different kind of teddy – the kind that women sometimes wear.

Typically, teddies for women are a type of undergarment which combines a camisole and panty in one piece. A teddy basically resembles a bodysuit but the difference is that the former is made of sheer materials and doesn’t really cling to the body.

In the past, teddies were referred to as boudoirs. Over the years, they have evolved in style and now there are teddies which can be worn on its own and even teddies specifically made as sleep wear. I guess the most famous type of teddy is the one that actually shapes the body of the one wearing it, giving the illusion of curves.

There are hordes of diet pills sold everywhere. There are imported ones, locally made brands, and Chinese brands that have not passed the test of the Bureau of Food and Drug. If you look at the advertising and marketing collaterals of these products, you would be really impressed and if you have the money and you are desperate to lose weight, it is easy to dish out money and buy them.

But the best thing to do first before buying anything is to look up for diet pill reviews. The internet has a lot of articles on the matter and these materials give testimonies as well user ratings for a certain product. A product may also claim good things but sometimes the side effects far outweigh its benefits. So it is best to read and ask around before buying anything and taking anything.
